Christ Church

I've figured out the features to change things on my camera. I have recently gotten seriously carried away with the negative feature.

The hall where the Hogwarts dining hall scenes were partially shot for the first few movies at least!

There isn't much else to Christ Church than this claim to fame so we took a lot of pictures of it to get our money's worth!

This is all in the city of Oxford by the way. I realize I failed to mention that at the top!

Our crazy tour guide who would not be quiet. Literally we were kind of glad to get rid of her at the end of the tour before free time. Sweet but chatty.

Last Saturday ( 13/6) we ventured out on an outing to Oxford. This was all plotted out previously by our university so a coach picked us up and took us to the city for a few hours and then we headed back. Its a lovely place to visit. Not a lot to do though. We saw the famous "Harry Potter Building", the river, the garden, most of the buildings of the university (from the outside it was commencement time so we couldn't go in). but then the fun ends. I did pop over to the Museum of Oxford for a few minutes with some other girls from our group. Which actually was quite hilarious because it was the weirdest museum ever and we really didn't see much of a point to it, still it was cute. Nice day outing and glad to add it to the ever growing list of places I've been in the UK!
