It seems wild that it is already June 1st. First because we are like halfway though the year already and second because that means I'm starting week 3 in London!
Just a typical Monday, stopped at the local cafe to pick up my lunch and headed off to my long long day!!!!!! Completed my first official draft of a proposal for a television programme. I'm quite proud of it but we have the kabash on it right now because most of our experts are unreachable until the middle of June. But still fun to complete something.
Halfway through the day I got approached by a new producer to work on a project they are working on based on the last 100 years of Detroit, so I'm being used as a great resource for them since I have actually been to Detroit and live in Michigan. Working for this company is already turning into a wonderful experience and I'm learning so much about television and film researching/developing. Still not sure if its what I'm going to be doing as like a "forever" job but its been an excellent crash course into the industry!!!
Well off to bed early since I'm dealing with early rising, full time days, the unpredictability of city commutes and other adult-type things!!!
